Adrift in rolling sea

THERE cannot be many maladies more debilitating than depression. The sorrow, the emptiness in your gut that renders you incapable, your body set adrift in a rolling sea of grief. To survive, to hang on, to learn to live again, to learn to put all the beauty in your life ahead of the disappointments must surely make you stronger, more determined to see and do the good. Please let it be so.
